Refund Policy

At Bluú, we pride ourselves at taking utmost care of your garment. If your garment is not cleaned up to standard complaint is review case-by-case basis. Please submit your complain/concern to support@bluuindonesia.com, our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours OR you may visit one of our outlet and our staff will be happy to assist. 


Terms & Conditions:


Wash by KG:

1. Customers are required to separate clothes that are prone to fading. We will try to inform/educate clothes that are prone to fading with best effort basis. If customers do not separate before hand we are not responsible for any color wear off on the clothes.


2. Hand-painted batik does not qualify for wash by KG due to the risk of color wearing off to other clothes.


3. Seperate wash will be treated as a seperate invoice/order.


Wash by PCS:

1. We are fully responsible if there is any damages after the wash.
